By ordering a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service

If references are missing or unclear, I will interpret the design at my own discretion♥ I work on business days and do not work on Sundays or holidays (excluding sick days too)♥ Estimated completion time may vary depending on queue, complexity and personal circumstances♥ All commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Commercial rights are not included and must be discussed before payment♥ Please credit me (@Naokkii) if you repost my artwork♥ 50% payment is required before I start working on your commission. The remaining 50% must be paid after I send you the final preview and before I deliver the full-resolution artwork. Sketch commissions require full payment upfront♥ Minor revisions are included during the sketch stage. Major changes after approval may require an additional fee♥ I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, or other websites. If you do not want me to post it anywhere, let me know beforehand♥ If you wish your commission to remain private, please let me know before payment. Private commissions incur a 20% fee♥ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason♥ You may not claim my artwork as your own, use it for commercial purposes without my permission♥ My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning, datasets, NFTs, blockchain projects, or any similar technologies without my written permission♥ Please do not trace, edit, alter, or remove the watermarks on any of the artwork♥ I do not offer refunds once work has started.
